lama dimengerti dan diterima

idea baru kadang menyakitkan
walau itu datang dari pengalaman
eksistensi kadang membutakan pikiran

terobosan sering dianggap kurang ajar
sodoran cermin disangka penghinaan
padahal kondisi sudah kritis

alhamdulillah
sore ini ada perubahan
kerja memang perlu didasari jiwa pelayanan

pemerataan belum tentu berarti keadilan
corporate culture memang masih tertatih-tatih
sementara dasar aturan belum tentu abadi

malang tenggara, nop 2012
